With the new SieiDrive - AVy...-KBL-AC4 and KBL-BR4 series, Gefran introduces into the market a dedicated series of Flux Vector Drive for asynchronous and synchronous motors for "lift" applications.
The high performance offered by the advanced control technology of dedicated microcontrollers, result suitable both for new installation as far as for existing applications.
A flexible programming structure and a specific application menu can be easily managed through an alphanumeric keypad or PC configurator, allowing the user to operates fast "start-up" and intuitive regulation of the plant.

Electronic thermal control for the motor and drive
Multiple speed and Multiple ramp function (Linear, indipendent Jerk and S)
Integrated Lift sequence for brake, contactor and open/cloed door
Load pre-torque, loss and inertia compensation
Position landing zone control
Adaptative gain of speed regulation
Fan control logic management (from 4kW up to 55kW)

Options:
AVy L - APC100y-EPC: Control card for lifts, with direct landing on the floor
Battery Emergency Supplier for passenger evacuation
Digital expansion cards up to 20 additional I/Os
Field-bus cards: Profibus-DP, CANopen, DeviceNet, DCP3.
Dedicated EMC filters (in compliance with CEE-EN 61800-3:2004)
Input and Output chokes (standardized for the whole line)
Braking resistors (standardized for the whole line)
NEMA 1 type protection
