The ELF offers completely universal usage in a large number of medical disciplines. Of course, it is first used in rehabilitation and physiotherapy, but also in diabetology, orthopedic, neurology, traumatology, sports medicine, dermatology, medical cosmetics, complex medicine and general medicine.
Prophylaxis, prevention
Remarking that the farther a chakra is from the area of the biological emitter (the brain) it thus becomes more vulnerable, we recommended for prophylaxis the positioning of the ELF device near the chakras 5, 6 and 7. The frequencies used belong to the delta cerebral spectrum namely ranges 1) and 2). For balancing, the device must also be set to superior chakras 1, 2 or 3, the ratio of the times of use in these areas being approximately 1/3.

General recommendations
When you start the therapy use the device for 10 to15 minutes every day, and gradually increase with 5 minutes per week, up to 60-70 minutes per day, possibly divided into two rounds. No negative reactions were seen even in cases of prolonged use (over 2 hours per day).
As regard to the range of frequencies it was noticed that the lowest ones corresponding to delta cerebral waves (state of sound sleep) have maximal effectiveness. At higher frequencies (alpha cerebral range) recovery is made quicker, but it should be known, the body tolerance increase at the same time with the rising of ELF's frequency. For this reason, at the beginning one should use a lower frequency and should gradually make the transition to a higher one, as required, only if the health problems are more serious.

During its operation ELF provides four frequency ranges covering all the spectrum of the brain waves, which characterize the sleep and relaxation periods:
1 f = 1.8 - 2.22 Hz
2 f = 2.27 - 3.1 Hz
3 f = 5 - 7.6 Hz
4 f = 8.7 - 15 Hz
(Delta) = 1-4 Hz (Theta) = 4-8 Hz (Alpha) = 8-15 Hz
The average intensity of the power absorbed in any of the four ranges of frequency does not exceed 2mA, meaning that the energy flow of the released electromagnetic radiation is not higher than 30 Mw.
