Prezentare Golden Compass Wii

Golden Compass este un joc de de actiune-aventura dezvoltat de Shiny Entertainment si publicat de Sega. Jocul este bazat pe filmul cu acelasi nume si pe romanul pe care se bazeaza filmul, Northern Lights de Philip Pullman. Jocul a fost lansat in decembrie 2007, inainte de film, pentru toate consolele importante. Acesta a fost ultimul joc al celor de la Shiny inainte de a fuzionat cu Collective.Jucatorii isi asuma rolurile lui Lyra Belacqua si Byrnison Iorek in incercarea Lyrei de a obtine The Golden Compass (aletiometrul) pentru unchiul ei, Lord Asriel. Ea incearca, de asemenea, sa il salveze pe prietenul ei Roger Parslow din Consiliul General Proscomidiar.In unele sectiuni ale jocului, intriga urmeaza cartea mai mult decat filmul. De exemplu, secventele in Bolvangar si Svalbard sunt schimbate in film, dar raman neschimbate in joc. De asemenea, scene suplimentare de la sfarsitul povestii, care au fost scoase din film pot fi vazute in joc.
