15.2 MCC system
The technical standards of MCC meet with NEMA and IEC,working voltage:230/400V,working frequency:50HZ.Equipped with multicircuit independent switch,all the MCC cabinets are of GCS type and GGD body, with 3 phrases and 4 line. The breaker, contactor and relay are produced by SCHNEIDER. The motors at well site are all powered by MCC house to provide380V, 50HZ power. Itcan be powered separately. The motors for mud system with capacity below 37KW such as agitator and shale shacker, etc. are not controlled centrally via MCC house. Which are controlled locally. The motors for mud system with capacity above 37kw such as charge pump and sand pump, etc. are controlled centrally via MCC house. IV Technical instruction
The solid control system consists of 4 mud tanks and solid control equipment (#1 shale shaker tank, #2 suction tank, #3Reserve tank and trip tank). The tanks are trailer mounted(The shale shaker tank, suction tank, reserve tank are equipped with single axle in the rear-end, 4 900-16 layer nylon tires, brake system and after-fixing suspension. The trip tank is equipped with single axle in the rear-end, 2 900-16layer nylon tires, brake system and after-fixing suspension.) The tank body is built with 6mm corrugated steel plate and the thickness of bottom plate is 8mm. The top and bottom of the weighing pump and desander pump are built with 6mm checker plates. The top of each compartment and the walkway is built with steel gratings, the uncovered 200mm hole is not allowed. 120X120X6mm square tubes are used to for the top of the tank, one side is used as clean water pipeline and the other side is used as mud gun pipeline. The tank is lifted from the upper section and towing position is provided on the tank base. The tank design is available for either crane lifting or truck transportation and it is also suitable for towing at the wellsite. The frame on both sides of mud tank is taken as the mud gun pipeline and clean water pipeline. One 1/2 "clean water valve for clean water pipeline is set on every tank, and it is used for diluting mud and washing equipments. The mud gun pipeline and clean water pipeline are connected with 3" hose. The top of tank is equipped with sand prevention shed with spraying system.
1) 1# shale shaker tank 13000x3000x2850mm (volume: 350BBL) is divided into 3 compartments: 1# sand trap(volume: 50BBL), 2# degasser compartment(volume: 150BBL), 3#Desander compartment(volume: 150BBL BBL) .Two shale shakers are installed on 1# tapered sand trap compartment, Two mud guns are installed on 2# degasser compartment. Two mud guns and one agitator are installed on 3#Desander compartment. two 8x6" sand pump used for feeding liquid for desander pump is mounted on the bottom. Walkway (1000mm in width) is installed on two sides on top of tank. The top of tank is equipped with handrails.
2) 2# suction tank 13000x3000x2850mm (volume: 350BBL) is divided into 3 compartments: 4# suction/mixing compartment (volume: 250BBL), #5 mixing compartment (volume: 50BBL) and 6# weighing compartment (volume: 50BBL). Suction compartment is equipped with two agitators and two mud guns, centrifuge is installed on the top of tank. Mixing compartment is equipped with one 7.5kw agitator and one mud gun. Weighing compartment is equipped with one mud gun. Two jet flow mixing hopper is provided on the top of the tank, and two 5x6"sand pumps are installed on the end. Weighting pump suction and discharge manifold and mud pump suction manifold are provided inside of the tank.
The bottom of each tank is controlled connection by long handle butterfly valve. 1000 mm width walkway is installed on one side of the tank. The top of tank is equipped with handrails.
3) 3#Reserve tank 13000x3000x2850mm(volume :475BBL): Reserve tank is equipped with two 7.5kw agitators and two mud guns. Weighting pump suction and discharge manifold and mud pump suction manifold are provided inside of the tank
4) Trip tank 12000x2300x2480mm,which is equipped with skid, both of the trip tank and the mud gas separator are mounted on the skid.The volume of the trip tank is 50BBL. It is equipped with one mud gun and one float-type fluid level gauge.The skid is equipped with measuring pump, which can supply mud for well head when it is needed. The mud gas separator can be overturn, laid down on the skid during transportation. The choke manifolds can be mounted under the mud gas separator.
5) Connections between tanks: Hammer unions are used for the hoses for 3" clean water pipelines. The clean water pipeline can be used for supplying water for 1#, 2# and 3#tank and other application. The inlet valve is set on 2# tank and near to water tank. Either mud pump or weighting pump can supply fluid to mud gun. Telescoping steel pipe and threaded union is used for other pipelines (6", 8", 10", 12") between tanks. Long handle butterfly valve is used to control communication between two compartments.
6) Walkway is configured between tanks, All the handrails are overturn type, Handrail with kickplate (150mm in height) is provided all around tank except the stair access. 3 ladders is provided.
7) More than 2 sand dumping ports are provided for each circulation tank. The sand dumping port is not higher than tank bottom plane. Manhole with ladder is provided for each compartment.
8) Anti-splashing dam-board is set on front of Shale shakers and desander. Solid phase diversion trench is equipped, which is convenient to discharge.
9) Anti-corrosion: All the steel structure will be conducted sand blast and rust prevention. It is coated with glass phosphorus piece heavy anti-corrosion paint for 4 times inside the tank, the other parts are coated with 678#epoxy primer for 2 times. And the finish paint is green ocean corrosion paint for 2 times.
10) All the equipments and tanks are equipped with Chinese&English name plate.

*System description
The system is equipped with 3 ea 803water tank. The total volume is 2403 the water tank is equipped with trailer, which can be transported directly by tractor. The 3 tanks are located side by side, 3"hose will be used for the connection between the tanks. The system is equipped with 2 ea 2x3"centrifugal sand pump for water supply. All the tanks are equipped with magnetic turn-plate liquid level indicator, which is convenient to indicate the water storage.
*Tank body description
The tank is equipped with single axle on the rear-end, 4 ea 900-16 layer nylon tires, brake system and after-fixing suspension. The baseboard is made of 8mm steel plate. The tank skin is fluting shape pressed from 6mm steel plate, which is welded. The 120x6mm square tube is used for the frame of the top rim. It is not capping except for the grating plate walkway. The middle is set with adjustable draw bar to ensure the strength. The end of tank is equipped with 4"water drain valve. The front end is equipped with 3"port, which is mounted with 3"butterfly valve and hammer union and it is used for the connection between tanks. Front end of one tank is equipped with water supply system. The system is equipped with 2 pcs 2x3"centrifugal water pump, the other two tanks shall be given place on the top. The handrails and ladders shall be equipped.

*System description
The system is comprised of 2 pcs 403 tanks and the total volume is 500BBL. The fuel tank is column type and the oil field skid is used.The two tanks are laid out side by side, the 2"oil proof hose and "C" union connection. The system is equipped with 2 pcs 2.2kw magnetic force drive pump (40CQ-20), which is used for the oil supply. The size of the suction and discharge pipeline for magnetic force drive pump is 2", The oil supply system is equipped with pipe filter and flowmeter. The fuel tank is equipped with magnetic float level liquid indicator, which is convenient to indicate the fuel storage.
*Tank descrition
Three 25# beam is used for the girder of the fuel tank base. The tank body is column type, diameter: 2.6m, tank body length: 8.3m. It is rolled and welded by 8mm steel plates. The tank body is equipped with manhole, anti-fire venting cap and the top is equipped with handrails and platform. One tank skid is equipped with oil supply system on the front section, the free space shall be kept on the front section of the other tank skid. 2"drain valve shall be provided on the rear section of the tank, 2"port should be set on the front section, which is used for connection between the tanks. Magnetic float liquid level indicator is mounted on the front section of the tank.
